Forms for Bidding

Lugosi Auctioneers & Valuers invites you to participate in the live auction either in person, by telephone, by absentee bids or by real-time internet bids [via Invaluable].  Due to Covid we are currently holding online timed auctions only through and therefore cannot offer telephone bidding.

  • Registration Forms: In order to bid, you must complete a registration form. Once the registration form has been processed by our office, you will be issued with a bidding number. 
  • Live Online Bidding Forms: Simply register for online bidding with Invaluable. On the day of the auction, log in to follow the bidding of lots and place a bid on any desired item. If you register on the day of the auction, you should submit your details at least a minimum of three hours ahead of the scheduled start to ensure bidding approval.
  • Absentee Forms: All you need to do is complete the form and specify the lot[s] on which you wish to leave an absentee bid. Additionally, we will seek your written permission for us to act as your bidding representative along with your maximum hammer price [including the Buyer’s Premium] on each desired lot. 
  • Telephone Bidding Forms: On the day of the auction, a representative will telephone you approximately five lots before your intended lot is called. Once the bidding for the item has begun, we will advise you of all bids as they progress and ask you to counter or confirm your final bid.  

Though all bidding forms require supporting identification [including your current address], there is no associated cost with your registration. You can either send your form electronically or download a hard copy and email /post it by mail to our office.  If you’re an Internet Bidder, you may also be asked to provide your credit card details before you will be allowed to bid.
